All designs, text and concepts on this site, my blog, facebook, twitter or any other site I place content is the sole property of Iliv Cards.  Any designs produced in custom orders also remains intellectual property of Iliv Cards to use as I see fit.  Please contact me if you would like to use anything contained in this site or other sites I may post in.  Any attempt to copy my designs, site, text or any other intellectual property will be prosecuted.

Use of your designs, proofs and final products by you is for personal, non commercial use only.

Submitting Photos

All professional photos submitted for your orders need to be free from copyright restrictions and you must be able to provide a photographers release.  By submitting photos to be used and printed for your photo cards you agree to this condition.

All photos must be family friendly.

Iliv Cards can refuse to process any orders violating these conditions.

Privacy

All information collected will be used with the sole purpose of preparing and delivering your order.  All photos submitted are kept on file for 3 months and your finished design file will be kept on file for 6 months.  After this time it will be destroyed.  Your final products won't be used for display by me without your express permissin and names and locations will be altered.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment can be made via Direct Deposit, or Credit card through PayPal. Work will commence on your order once funds are received. For Paypal payments, this is instant. Direct deposit can take up to 48 hours, so please consider this when selecting your payment methods.

Refunds

A full refund will be offered if requested before the intial proof has been prepared.  If after this time a refund less $20.00 will be provided.  Once the designs have been sent to print NO REFUND is available.

Returns

No designs will be sent to print until you (the customer) have approved the final proof.  Any mistakes noticed after this time will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for reprinting.  If a mistake has been found once you have received the cards I am happy to reprint at a discounted rate, but returns WILL NOT be accepted.

Products that don't meet the descriptions listed in this site and there isn't a proofing error will be reprinted and resent once you have shipped the original items back to Iliv Cards (at the customers expense).

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of 20 photo prints. If you require less, I suggest you purchase the print your self announcements and invitations at our print it yourself site. A high resolution JPG file will be emailed to you, which you can print at any photo store.

Delivery

Proof of you photo cards are generally emailed no later than the next business day after your photos being recieved and payment clearing (Mon-Fri), usually sooner.  Standard printing and postage is up to 4 business days from receipt of approval and payment.  You do have the option to pay an additional $16.00 at check out to get your order fast-tracked and posted with in 2 business days.  Orders are shipped via express post or courier.

Use of Website

By using this website you agree to all terms and conditions.  You must not:

• Copy or distribute anything found on this website;
• Infringe any laws when using this website;
• Upload or submit any photos, details or entries that are 18+ rated;
• Upload or submit any photos, details or entries that don't belong to you;
• Impersonate Iliv Cards;
• Mislead or intend to mislead Iliv Cards or any customers;
• Post defamatory information;

This list isn't exhaustive and is subject to change without notice.  Those found breaching any conditiions will be banned from using the site and possibly prosecuted.
